Main responsibilities include:
– Monitor & follow up the progress of work sites
– Renovation project planning & design
– Responsible for drawing computer graphics and renderings
– Work with customers to negotiate quotations
The ideal candidate shall possess:
– Graduates in related disciplines
– 5 years’ relevant working experience
– Demonstrated ability to follow up work progress on the site
– Good communication skill in Chinese & English
– Responsible, independent & with enthusiasm
– Proactive, knowledge in design concepts with innovative ideas
– Excellent Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup ,3D Max, Photoshop, V-ray experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Main responsibilities include:
– Design and draw all kinds of illustrations and promotion materials
– Collect information about design and promotion
– Photo shooting & editing for interior works
– Organize & participate in corporate publicity & image services
– Manage, edit & update company website
The ideal candidate shall possess:
– Graduates in related disciplines
– 2 years’ relevant working experience
– Good communication skill in Chinese and English
– Responsible, independent & with enthusiasm
– Proactive, knowledge in design concepts with innovative ideas
– Excellent proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Main responsibilities include:
– Responsible for drawings & computer graphics
– Coordinate general site works
– Handle general procurement matters
– Search engineering-related information & data for renovation projects
– Handle other ad hoc matters as assigned
The ideal candidate shall possess:
– Graduates in related disciplines
– 2 years’ working experience
– Responsible, independent and with enthusiasm
– Good communication skill in Chinese & English
– Proactive, knowledge in design concepts with innovative ideas
– Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Max, Photoshop, V-ray experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
– Priority will be given to candidates proficient in Photoshop
Main responsibilities include:
– Assist in following up existing customers & develop new customer base
– Responsible for marketing survey
– Assist in collecting new design information in the market
The ideal candidate shall possess:
– 1 year’s working experience
– Responsible, independent and with enthusiasm
– Proactive, knowledge in design concepts with innovative ideas
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
– Priority will be given to candidates proficient in Photoshop
